Many of our capital-providing partners have found success leveraging MFX Ventures as an extended arm of their deal team - allowing for flex capacity during peak times so they don’t have to commit someone to a full time role from the start. In this capacity we underwrite deals, audit sponsor models and operating financials, and work to mitigate investor risk through deal structuring.

Program Application & Management
TYPICAL CLIENT: Affordable Developers & Nonprofits
The process of obtaining impact-oriented capital (grants, tax credits, TIF’s, PILOT’s, low-rate debt, etc.) can test the bandwidth of even experienced owners and developers. We partner with nonprofits and community advocates to provide application assistance and/or ongoing owner representation to help navigate the complexities of these special financing tools.
